  • Our proposal for Ground Time Pay would ensure Flight Attendants are compensated for ALL of our time at work.

Management Doesn’t Care CJA and Reciprocal Cabin Seat Agreements

  • Our proposal would Expand & Clarify Cabin Jumpseat Authority (JS) and Reciprocal Cabin JS provisions.

Management Doesn’t Care Legal Rest

  • Our proposal for Legal Rest would ensure rest is not shorter than previous duty period.

Management Doesn’t Care Maximum Medical Leave of Absence

  • Our proposal for Maximum Medical Leave of Absence would Increase Medical/Occupational Injury/Illness Leave of Absence term.

  • Our proposal for hotels would align our contractual provisions with ALPA and secure Layovers of 14 hours or more: in city core business district.

  • Our proposal for Crew Meals would align our contractual provisions with our Pilots. Eating healthy is important for everyone. There should be no difference in quality, quantity, and choices for Flight Attendants


Management Doesn’t Care Retro Pay

  • Retro Pay would increase Base Pay Rates retroactive to the amendable date of our current Contract

Management Doesn’t Care Schedule Flexibility

  • Schedule Flexibility provides realistic reserve pool numbers and a guaranteed minimum number of trades

Management Doesn’t Care Red Eye Flying

  • Our proposal for Red Eye Flying would provide enhanced Legal Rest before and after duty periods with Red Eye Flying.

Management Doesn’t Care Vacation Pay

  • Vacation Pay improves pay for both Reserves and Line Holders with 5 hours per day plus overrides.

Management Doesn’t Care Pay for Scheduling Violations

  • Pay for Scheduling Violations provides a small amount of compensation when it is determined through the dispute resolution process that a contractual scheduling violation occurred – in addition to being made whole in every way

Management Doesn’t Care Eliminating the Sunset Clause

  • Eliminating the Sunset Clause will keep United paying for a portion of the costs for retiree healthcare after a lifetime of service. From Reserve to Retirement, Flight Attendants know their worth. The priorities identified by United Flight Attendants set the expectation of a true industry-leading Contract that improves our quality of life. Management doesn't care. Flight Attendants do.

  • Reserve Availability Periods(RAP) create a modern Reserve system that provides for an improved work-life balance.
