Pay for Scheduling Violations provides a small amount of compensation when it is determined through the dispute resolution process that a contractual scheduling violation occurred – in addition to being made whole in every way

Eliminating the Sunset Clause will keep United paying for a portion of the costs for retiree healthcare after a lifetime of service. From Reserve to Retirement, Flight Attendants know their worth. The priorities identified by United Flight Attendants set the expectation of a true industry-leading Contract that improves our quality of life. Management doesn't care. Flight Attendants do.
